梅格萊恩(Meg Ryan，1961–)美國演員和製片人。20歲時在《瓊樓舊夢話當年》初次演出，之後，開始在電影和電視裡演小角色。1989年的《當哈利碰上莎莉》，讓她走紅，知名度大增，成為浪漫喜劇最佳代言人。媒體並以「美國甜心」(America's Sweetheart)暱稱她。和湯姆漢克斯合演的《西雅圖夜未眠》和《電子情書》是90年代好萊塢愛情電影的經典。進入21世紀後，「美國甜心」封號不再，影壇聲勢亦落。
