卡勞李 (Carol Reed，1906–1976)：英國電影導演。16歲畢業於戲劇學校，即開始舞台工作。1930年擔任台詞導演。1936年導演《海軍准尉的休假》後，開始導演生涯。戰前的作品《銀行假日》和《Climbing High》奠定在影壇地位。二次大戰結束後的作品：《諜網亡魂》、《殞落的偶像》、《黑獄亡魂》和《孤雛淚》，備受推崇，被認為是戰後英國的代表作。1968年，以《孤雛淚》獲得奧斯卡最佳導演獎。
