凱瑟琳葛蕾蓀 (Kathryn Grayson，1922 – 2010)：美國女演員和女高音。20世紀40年代初期與米高梅簽訂合同，演了許多音樂劇電影。音樂劇電影式微後，轉往舞台演歌劇。
