《花落鶯啼春》改編自 Bernard Eschasseriaux的小說。講述一個年輕女孩的悲慘故事。她與一位無辜但情感殘疾的法屬印度支那戰爭老兵成為了朋友。電影獲得奧斯卡最佳外國影片獎。
