亞歷山大麥肯里克 (Alexander Mackendrick，1912 – 1993)：蘇格蘭導演和教師。最初從事電視廣告製作，後來轉為電影的剪輯和導演。作品不多，最出名的作品是《威士忌大老爺》(Whisky Galore，1949），《The Man in the White Suit》(1951)和”賊博士“（1955）。 在美國執導成功滋味 (Sweet Smell of Success)後，導演工作漸少，致力教授電影學。
