米亞法羅 (Mia Farrow，1945–)：美國女演員及人權運動人士，和前時尚模特兒。最初在電視肥皂劇《Peyton Place》中演出。早期電影演出Roman Polanski 的《失嬰記》(Rosemary's Baby，1968)，提名金球獎戲劇類最佳女主角。從1979至1992，演出伍迪艾倫(Woody Allen)的14部影片中的13部。她已演出近60部電影，獲得無數獎項。
