山姆戴維斯 (Sammy Davis Jr.，1925 –1990)：美國歌手、舞者、演員和喜劇演員。曾演出60餘部影片。一生中受到種族主義迫害，是民權運動的財務支持者。1954年，在車禍中失去了左眼。
